Barrel staves are split in half and mounted to sturdy substrate. so both the inner charred side and the outer patina show. They're then precisely cut in to each individual state.
Want to customize your cut out with a heart engraving in the location of the city/town of your choice? For a $10.00 up-charge choose the "Heart Engraving" option. In the notes of your order put what location you would like the heart put in.
